One member, one review per business.
A verified account can submit one 1–5-star review per business and edit it. Reviews enter moderation. A revised review is checked again while its last approved version can remain visible unless a safety or policy decision requires hiding it.
Payment does not control criticism.
Approved owners and editors cannot review their own linked business, edit another member’s review or remove a negative review because of plan status. They may provide an authorized response and report a specific violation.
No fabricated experiences or imported stars.
Do not submit invented service experiences, incentives hidden from readers, extortion, harassment or private information. We do not call ordinary member reviews “verified purchases,” import external-platform rating totals or invent sample customer reviews.
Published totals have a clear basis.
Visible review averages and counts come only from approved public versions. Pending first reviews and hidden reviews do not inflate them. Review text does not guarantee the reviewer’s identity or the future quality of a business.
Report the issue, not the opinion.
Use a report for concrete policy violations. Disagreement alone is not a reason to suppress a useful, legitimate review. Moderation reasons and revision history remain auditable.
