Local eligibility and responsible participation.
Business eligibility requires a genuine county operating presence. Members use a real display name, verified email and accepted community guidelines. Participation is intended for adults 18 and older. Verification is not a workmanship, licensing, insurance or identity guarantee.
Free discovery stays fair.
Every eligible free listing remains eligible for organic search. Payment and verification status do not boost organic ranking. Sponsored placements are separately relevant and clearly identified.
Proposed month-to-month services.
The plans page shows configurable proposed $0, $19, $49 and $89 monthly offerings. Citation submission does not guarantee acceptance. Social support covers one agreed Facebook channel, three branded posts per week, customer-supplied facts/assets and one consolidated weekly batch revision—not ad spend, photography, inbox coverage or unlimited revisions.
New websites are a separate, bounded commitment.
Digital Growth proposes an up-to-five-page standardized NEW website only for businesses without an existing website and after a separately verified $299 setup payment. No existing-site work, access, hosting or support is included. Domain, extras, transfer/cancellation and minor-update boundaries require final agreement. The current MVP does not activate a paid website without the necessary setup workflow.
Payments and cancellation.
Only TEST-mode payment capabilities are present. A browser checkout return is not proof of payment or ownership. No live collection is authorized. Proposed cancellation, grace periods and next-boundary changes need finalized terms and reliable reconciliation before live subscriptions.
